• Comes with 4 really RAD accesories - a soccer ball, a rad blaster, a tray (doubles as Soccer goal) and a foam hand!

Why isn't MiBro doing anything when I use the remote control?

Make sure the channel switch on both your MiBro and remote control are on the same channel (ie both on channel 1 to the far left or channel 2 to the far right). If that doesn't work try changing the batteries in MiBro and/or the remote control. If that doesn't work, move both MiBro and the remote control away from any active electronic devices (particularly WiFi routers). If you are using two MiBro's in the same area, make sure they are using different channels. Please note that, generally, MiBro can be controlled within a 10m/30ft range.

I can't hear through MiBro when someone speaks to him!

When using stealth mode, ensure you are pressing the listen button on the remote control to hear through MiBro. Make sure you drive MiBro as close as you can to the sound source - for best performance, MiBro should be within 1m/3ft away from the sound. If the audio quality is poor, the RF signal may be experiencing interference - move both MiBro and the remote control away from any active electronic devices (particularly WiFi routers). You can also try changing channels to see if the performance improves. Stealth mode works best in a relatively quiet environment (home/office etc) and as such, this function is not suitable in public areas such as restaurants, cafeteria's or parks. Please note that, generally, MiBro can be controlled within a 10m/30ft range.

MiBro isn't speaking when I talk into the remote!

When using talk mode, ensure you are pressing the speak button on the remote control tos peak through MiBro. Make sure you speak into the remote as loud and clearly as possible - for best performance the distance between your mouth and the microphone should be approximately 10cm/4inches.

MiBro and/or the remote is making a high pitched screeching noise when the talk/stealth mode is triggered!

The screeching is a feedback loop created when the microphone of the input device and the speaker of the output device is in close proximity to each other (ie MiBro and the remote control). Feedback noise while the Listen or talk Buttons are being pressed can be elminated if the distance between MiBro and the remote control is increased or there is a barrier between them (such as a wall, couch, bed etc). It is also recommended that you avoid screaming into the microphone.

MiBro's sound effects aren't working!

Ensure the sound effects selector is in position on the remote control (it should not be stuck between 2 positions). Press the sound effects button to ensure it is not jammed. If that doesn't work, please try changing the batteries.

How do I adjust the sound effects volume?

You can adjust the sound effects volume by holding down the chest button on MiBro for 2 seconds to enter the volume setting mode. Then press the forward or backward movement button on the remote control to increase or decrease the volume of MiBro's sound effects. Press any other button to exit the volume setting mode.

What batteries does MiBro need?

MiBro takes 3 x AA (LR6) batteries and the remote control takes 3 x AAA (LR03) batteries. Under normal play conditions (as indicated in the Instruction Manual), MiBro can last up to 7 hours before you need to replace his batteries, while the remote control can last up to 20 hours before you need to replace the batteries!

What frequency does MiBro use?

MiBro operates in the 2.4GHz band, which is the same frequency as many common household items, like wireless routers, phone and baby monitors.

Is there a MiBro instruction manual?
